These terms govern the use of Vignette Point and the purchase of vignettes through our website. By placing an order you accept them.
1. What we do
Vignette Point is an independent service that handles the purchase of motorway vignettes in several European countries on your behalf. We help you choose the right vignette for your vehicle, process it in your name and email you the confirmation.
Each vignette is issued by the toll authority of the relevant country and is linked to the plate you give us.
2. Price and payment
The price shown before you pay is the final price and includes the vignette and our handling service. It is charged in euros; if you choose another currency, the conversion is for reference and your bank will apply its own rate.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
3. Your order details
You are responsible for the plate, country of registration, vehicle type and dates being correct. Before you pay we show a summary for you to check. If you spot a mistake afterwards, write to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before issue.
4. Issue and validity
We process your vignette as soon as payment is confirmed, or on the date the country allows it to be bought if you chose a later start. The vignette is valid on the dates shown in your confirmation.
Annual vignettes belong to a specific year and their validity period does not depend on the purchase date.
5. Unlimited Vignettes plan
Every purchase includes a free 7-day trial of the Unlimited Vignettes plan for the plate on the order. During the trial you can request more vignettes for that plate at no extra cost.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews automatically every month at the price shown at the time of purchase, charged to the card you used. You can cancel at any time through the “Cancel subscription” link on our website; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and no further charges are made.
Annual vignettes are excluded during the trial, except in countries that only offer that duration.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days as long as we have not yet processed the vignette. By placing your order you expressly ask us to start immediately; once the vignette is issued, the service is fully performed and withdrawal no longer applies, since the vignette is registered in your name for specific dates.
You can withdraw from the Unlimited Vignettes plan at any time by cancelling it as described in section 5.
7. Liability
We are responsible for processing your vignette with the details you provide and within the stated timeframes. We are not liable for penalties arising from incorrect details you provided, or for using roads not covered by the vignette, such as section tolls, tunnels or passes with separate charges.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and to the European online dispute resolution platform.
