We explain which data we process, why, and what rights you have. We only ask for what is needed to handle your vignette.
1. Data we process
Contact email; plate, country of registration and the vehicle details each country requires (for example category, fuel or VIN); dates and countries of your trip; and the payment information Stripe gives us (never your full card number).
2. Why we use them
To process your vignettes and send you the confirmation (performance of the contract); to manage the Unlimited Vignettes plan and its charges (performance of the contract); to prevent payment fraud (legitimate interest); and to meet our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
3. Who we share them with
With the toll authority of each country, which needs the plate and vehicle details to issue the vignette. And with the providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (web hosting) and our email provider. They all process data only on our instructions.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep them
For as long as you are a customer and, afterwards, for the periods required by law to handle claims and tax obligations.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to the contact email. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
